| Program Specifics | EvaluationsAll athletes will go through Beyond Motion's proprietary testing-- weaknesses and strengths will be determined, and then a training program will be developed to address the athletes’ specific areas of need.

Periodized TrainingAthletes will progress through cycles implemented for their specific needs. Speed, Strength, Power, Flexibility, and Mobility are all addressed.

Nervous System TrainingThe ability to key in on specific nervous systems is essential for competitive athletes. A young athlete who knows how to make his/her body explode has a great advantage over the competition. Adversely a seasoned triathlete who is consistently in a oxidative state will benefit greatly from a neural stand point. The balance will create a top shelf you didn’t realize you had.

Metabolic TrainingBeyond Motion uses specific methods that creates a balanced athlete who simply knows that they are in better shape than their competition. Our coaches make sure that every athlete we put back in the field of play is in simply the best shape of his/her career.

Regeneration TrainingSoft Tissue Therapy, Salt Water Therapy, and Flushing Therapies are all top notch services exclusively offered at our facility. Recovery is a crucial component that needs to be addressed at every level. The quicker and more efficient you recover the faster we get you back progressing towards your goals.
Nutritional Counseling/EducationProper nutrition is incredibly important to all athletes. Beyond Motion offers support, ongoing education/counseling about safe and legal supplementation. We recommend supplements from USANA Health Sciences.
In Season TrainingBeyond Motion coaches also provide counseling and advice, for their clients away from the training environment in the form of in-season training programs. Training programs may be done by the athlete on their own when traveling, or training away from home. Ongoing phone/email support is available, should any problems or injuries occur.
