Sterling enjoyed an 11 year major league career as a pitcher with the N.Y. Yankees, S.D. Padres, Seattle Mariners, and St. Louis Cardinals. Throughout his career, he gained valuable insight into proper training to achieve and maintain top physical ability, and performance. Since retiring in 2004, Sterling has helped numerous athletes get the most out of their ability. He has coached the pitchers at Naples High School, as well as the SWFL travel team, and many individual pitchers throughout Collier, Lee, and Charlotte counties.
In addition to his baseball knowledge, Sterling has earned his personal training certifications from both the National Association of Sports Medicine, as well as the International Sports Sciences Association, and is using this knowledge to help others achieve their full athletic potential.
