Beyond Motion Fitness Programs

Fitness is not just about working out- it is about living a lifestyle that promotes wellness. Developing healthy habits, begins with finding several forms of exercise that interest you the most. Of course if you are new to fitness, please check with your doctor and/or health care provider, to make sure you are cleared to embark on your new journey. If you have been working-out for a while, make sure your regime includes at least 3 days of cardio, 2 strength based sessions including core work, and 2 flexibility and/or mind/body based work out sessions.

By working out with Beyond Motion, you will have a variety of fitness forms to choose from to create the workout plan that is right for you.

Pilates

Body conditioning routine that seeks to build flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk. In addition, Pilates increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body's "core" or "powerhouse" (torso).

Testimonials
Listening to my own body, not comparing myself to others in the class, helps me focus on my strengths and gifts rather than negative comparisons to younger classmates. Improvising in "free dance" is joyous, an expression of how I am feeling at the moment, or perhaps a release of tension and anger.
