Nia is fusion fitness at its best. This low impact dance fitness class uses a combination of movements from the martial arts, the dance arts and the healing arts.

Nia simultaneously addresses the body, mind, emotions, and spirit using a fun and energetic approach to cardio fitness.

It is adaptable and safe for any fitness level, from stiff beginners to highly fit athletes delivering cardiovascular and whole-body conditioning. You'll laugh, sweat, play and move in ways that make you stronger and more fit with each session.
