Amy Lademann

Beyond Motion Co-Founder

For more than 20 years Amy has educated people on taking a holistic approach to healthy living. She discovered the value of creating a balanced lifestyle at an early age. "Like many people, I have watched family members suffer from Chronic degenerative diseases. By the time I was 16 I began researching the quality of our food and personal care products, and realized that many of the ingredients listed on labels may have contributed to their overall health issues. From that moment on, I knew that I needed to take responsibility for how I treated my body, and wanted to help others do the same."

Having studied dance, and martial arts throughout school, Amy learned how invaluable the body~mind connection truly is. With her first aerobics certification more than 20 years ago, she worked hard to encourage other young people to exercise, eat healthy, and find balance in their own lives. As her understanding of the body~mind connection grew, she sought-out other forms of fitness that advocated a "whole body approach".

For more than 10 years Amy has been a Movement Practitioner, with the following certifications:
  • Pilates
  • Nia
  • Yoga
  • Zumba
  • Balletone
She loves teaching people how to connect their body and mind, and has been the Fitness Expert for Campus Calm University for the past several years.

Amy designs the Beyond Motion curriculum so that clients tap into their true potential, and exceed their health and fitness goals. Testimonials
Larry Walker, who's 6-3 & weighs 233, reduced his body fat from 17-18% to 11-12% by working out daily with strength and speed specialist Rick Lademann. Lademann designed Walker's program specifically to enhance his baseball skills. The difference in Walker was evident from the start of spring training.
