 Beyond Motion Fitness Programs Fitness is not just about working out- it is about living a lifestyle that promotes wellness. Developing healthy habits, begins with finding several forms of exercise that interest you the most. Of course if you are new to fitness, please check with your doctor and/or health care provider, to make sure you are cleared to embark on your new journey. If you have been working-out for a while, make sure your regime includes at least 3 days of cardio, 2 strength based sessions including core work, and 2 flexibility and/or mind/body based work out sessions.
