In addition to state-of-the-art fitness and nutrition programs, Beyond Motion offers several types of events to keep you healthy and continually enhancing your overall lifestyle.

Local Workshops– to give you an idea of Beyond Motion's most requested monthly events, here are a few: "Beyond Limits- setting and realizing your personal goals"; "Jump Start your New Years Resolutions"; "Healthy Living" workshops; "Pamper Yourself- in home, or at your office with a health and wellness SPA."

Corporate Lunch and Learn events- enhance employee satisfaction and retention by directly addressing the leading causes of employee absenteeism and reduced productivity; sickness, stress and fatigue. By working with Beyond Motion to create your organizations personalized lunch and learn (or after hours) event, your team will learn how to be proactive and create a healthier, happier life.

Telegatherings- with clients throughout the country Beyond Motion offers unique Telegathering events. These calls allow you to phone into a designated number from the privacy of your own home, or office. Each time the call is offered there will be a new topic to keep you healthy, fit, and aware of the world around you.

Beyond Limits- a personal development group for every woman you know. Beyond Limits, a division of Beyond Motion, is a personal development group designed for women by women. Recognizing the vital link between health and happiness, this unique group has joined together to build a strong team that will teach you how to create your ideal lifestyle from the inside out.

Community Events- giving back is an essential part of Beyond Motion. In 2006 Beyond Motion began their first annual Think Pink events during the month of October. These events raise funds for the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation (SWFL Affiliate). Twice a year Beyond Motion organizes a clothing and home goods drive in support of the Shelter for Abused Women & Children.

Fitness Master Classes- as your knowledge base grows, taking master classes will allow you to dig deep to challenge yourself beyond your limits and take your fitness level even higher. With Beyond Motion, you will be able to take master classes in Yoga, Nia, Pilates, and Functional Fitness.

Fitness Camps- making use of the beautiful beaches and parks in Southwest Florida, seasonal fitness camps are a favorite at Beyond Motion. Camps include; Speed and Endurance Training, Functional Fitness Boot camp, and specific sports related camps are offered throughout the year.
