Rick Lademann has over 12 years of performance enhancing experience. Rick has developed a depth of knowledge, that is quite unique in his field. He attributes this to learning and coaching with some of the best coaches and athletes in the country.

Coaching experience includes:

Rick is excited to share his developmental approach with all of his clients. He helps his clientele realize that there is so much more than just performing the task or sport at hand. Dynamic movement utilizes all aspects of the body, and it is crucial that you build your body before the game.
